The purpose of the Association is to:
- Build a community based on cooperation, generosity, and equality.
- Facilitate the exchange of time and skills among members using time credits instead of money.
- Promote self-reliance, connection, and sustainability within the local area.
- Strengthen local resilience through sharing knowledge, creativity, and mutual aid.
3. Nature of the Association
- This Association is a Private Members Association (PMA) formed under the right to associate privately and freely for mutual benefit.
- It is not open to the public, and membership is by private invitation and agreement only.
- All activities occur within the private domain among consenting members.
4. Principles
1. One hour of service equals one time credit, regardless of the skill or task.
2. Time credits cannot be sold, traded for money, or used commercially.
3. All exchanges are voluntary and based on goodwill.
4. Members agree to uphold trust, respect, and honesty in all exchanges.
5. The community values equality of time, diversity of skill, and cooperation over competition.
